Minor's Policy

For the purposes of this policy, our Terms of Service, and any other LegUp Equestrian policies, any individual over the age of 13 and under the age of 18 (or for Canadian residents, under the age of majority of their province or territory) is considered a “Minor.” Individuals under the age of 13 are not allowed to use LegUp or any of its services. If LegUp becomes aware of a User under the age of 13, we will permanently delete their account.

Minors may only use LegUp’s services if they have appropriate permission and supervision from their parent or legal guardian. LegUp may request additional information to verify such permission and the identity of a parent or legal guardian, including for the purpose of security and fraud prevention.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for any and all activity conducted on a Minor’s account.

Minors should have their legal name listed on any financial account used for buying and selling, or if using that of a parent or legal guardian, minors should be listed as an authorized user.

Please note, some features, may not be available to Users under the age of 18, even with parent or legal guardian permission.
